Neighbor to Neighbor Program
Appalachian Power and Dollar Energy Fund have teamed up to offer assistance to our neighbors in need. The Neighbor to Neighbor Program assists low-income Appalachian Power customers who have difficulty paying their electric bill. Eligible customers will receive a utility assistance grant applied directly to their Appalachian Power bill.
Heat Share Program
Columbia Gas and Dollar Energy Fund have teamed up to offer assistance to customers in need. The Heat Share Program assists low-income Columbis Gas customers who have difficulty paying their gas bill. Eligible customers will receive a utility assistance grant applied directly to their Columbia Gas bill.
H2O Program
Virginia American Water and Dollar Energy Fund have teamed up to offer assistance to low-income Virginia American Water customers who have difficulty paying their water bill. Eligible customers will receive a utility assistance grant applied directly to their Virginia American Water bill.
Federally Funded Program
The Energy Assistance (EA) Program is a federally funded program administered through the Department of Social Services. This program is designed to provide assistance to low-income Virginia households with their heating and cooling bills or equipment needs.
