If there is a Hardship Program training in your local area, you should register your intake workers to attend the local training. We have set up trainings which will be done through webinars to accommodate those agencies where a local training has not been set up.

Since participation in the webinars is limited to 15, each agency site should register as 1 participant and all Intake Workers should view the webinar together. Your agency site must have a computer with internet access to log into the web portion of the training and a speaker phone to call into the web conference.
