Our Cool Down for Warmth and Warmathon events, both originally scheduled for January 26 & 27, have been rescheduled! Due to the warm weather forecasted for next week, both events are rescheduled for Tuesday, January 31 and Wednesday, February 1. The location and times for all activities will remain the same. We don’t normally wish for cold weather, especially when so many of our neighbors are struggling to stay warm. But as you can imagine, our Cool Down for Warmth event relies on cooler weather for the construction of our giant ice house in Market Square. Luckily, this date change gives our fundraisers more time to raise money for families in need of utility assistance.
We will be notifying everyone with the date change on multiple advertisements as well as our social media accounts. We have already updated our event sites, so please refer to these when making plans to participate:
