Birdie Sponsor: $1,000 – Includes 18 holes of golf for a foursome and one hole sponsorship.

Foursome: $800 – Includes 18 holes of golf for four people, carts and green fees, food and beverages.

Individual Golfer: $225 – Includes 18 holes of golf for one person, cart and green fees, food and beverages.

Hole Sponsor: $200 – Includes hole signage, recognition in the event program, recognition on the website, and the opportunity to include an item in golfers’ gift bags. *PLEASE NOTE: This sponsorship does not include golf fees.

Lunch Only: $40 – Includes admission to lunch only. *PLEASE NOTE: This registration does not include golf fees.
