Whether you are seeking an assistance grant from our program or interested in making a donation, we want to make the process as easy as possible.
Start by contacting your utility company. They will help determine your eligibility and provide you with information on a number of different assistance programs available for customers in need.
Apply online through MyApp Connect, or use our Agency Finder to locate a community-based agency that can help you apply in person. To complete your application, you’ll need a copy of your utility bill and proof of income for everyone in your household.
Our team reviews your application and documentation to verify your eligibility. If you qualify, we'll work directly with your utility company to apply an assistance grant to your account or enroll you in the programs you're eligible for.
