2026–2027 Hardship Program Opens

Dollar Energy Fund’s 2026–2027 Hardship Program is open and accepting applications. A grant from the program is applied directly to a customer’s utility account, enabling them to maintain or restore basic gas, electric, water or wastewater service. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis through September 30, 2027, while funds are available.
