Jody Robertson, Dollar Energy Fund’s Director of Communications, is responsible for public relations, communications and outreach activities, and serves as the organization’s media spokesperson. Her experience includes media relations, community affairs, communications writing, editing, grant writing and event planning. Jody holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Advertising from Point Park University. She is a member of the Pittsburgh Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America.

As Director of Fundraising at Dollar Energy Fund, Jessica Gunjak is responsible for directing fundraising campaigns for our utility partners, coordinating fundraising events and serving as the liaison to many of Dollar Energy Fund’s strategic partners. Jessica has experience in community and public relations, event planning and communications from both the profit and non-profit sectors. She has a Bachelor’s degree in communications from Bethany College and Master’s degree in business administration from Waynesburg University.

Dan Caponi, Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for the overall operations of the accounting department at Dollar Energy Fund. His prior experience includes his role as a manager for Maher Duessel, a Pittsburgh based public accounting firm specializing in audits of governments and not-for-profit organizations. While at Maher Duessel, Dan served as a member of the Government Finance Accountability Office’s Comprehensive Annual Financial Report review committee. Dan is a licensed certified public accountant in the state of Pennsylvania and holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, with a minor in Economics.

As Chief Human Resources Officer, Lisa Stoebener is responsible for all Human Resource functions including benefits, recruiting, and employee relations. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Pittsburgh Human Resources Association (PHRA). Lisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Westminster College, an MBA from Robert Morris University and has earned a certificate as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). In 2012, she was selected as a Human Resource Leadership Awards winner by the Pittsburgh Business Times.

Lindsay Mulvihill serves as Dollar Energy Fund’s Director of Business Development. She is responsible for generating revenue through the sale of Dollar Energy Fund’s service offerings while acting as a liaison to all contracted utility partners. Lindsay comes from a sport industry background and has experience in sales, activation and marketing. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from Slippery Rock University and a Master’s degree in Sport Management from The University of Southern Mississippi.

As the Chief Information Officer at Dollar Energy Fund, Sean Smiles is responsible for the management of the organization’s technical capacity, analytical and functional operations and an experienced IT staff. In addition, Sean has created a Software as a Service product line that supports the administration of limited-income utility assistance programs. His status as a software design architect and project manager has been honed through more than two and a half decades of experience in the information technology field. Sean possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and Computer Science from Thiel College. He was a recipient of the Pittsburgh Technology Council’s 2009 CIO of the Year award.

Chad Quinn has served as Dollar Energy Fund’s Chief Executive Officer since 2013. He previously held positions as the organization’s Director of Development and Chief Operating Officer. Chad is responsible for expanding our programs and services by recruiting new utility partners and expanding our current business activities with our existing utility partners. In 2014, he was selected by the Pittsburgh Business Times to receive a Fast Tracker Award, which honors leaders in the Pittsburgh Area who are under the age of 40. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
