Dollar Energy Fund is warming up for the 9th annual Warmathon, being held on Tuesday, January 31 from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Wednesday, February 1 from 5 a.m. to noon at CBS Studios in Greentree and broadcasting live from Market Square on NewsRadio 1020 KDKA.

The Warmathon is a two-day radio/telethon from which all proceeds benefit local families in need. Over the past eight years, the campaign has raised more than $2.6 million to ensure that our neighbors do not have to face a winter without safe utility service.

Donations in support of the Warmathon are currently being accepted to make sure families and seniors in our area don’t have to face the winter without utility service. You can support the Warmathon by donating funds for families in need, sponsoring the event, volunteering your time, providing in-kind services and more.

Tune in to NewsRadio 1020 KDKA to hear two full days of programming and learn more about Dollar Energy Fund and how you can help Pittsburgh families in need. Check back here and on our social media channels, Twitter and Facebook, for updates about the event. We have many surprise incentives coming your way, so stay tuned!
