Big Pine Solar, developed by RWE Clean Energy, a national developer, owner, and operator of utility-scale solar projects, is a solar photovoltaic (PV) project in Sussex County, VA. In addition to land acquisitions, Big Pine Solar manages site analysis, environmental assessments, permitting and utility interconnection to ensure the delivery of clean, reliable energy to the grid.

Dollar Energy Fund is a 501(c)3 organization whose mission is to improve the quality of life for households by providing utility assistance. For over 40 years, Dollar Energy Fund has provided over $323 million in utility assistance grants to more than 971,600 households.

About the Sunshine Credit Program:

As a neighboring property to the upcoming solar facility, Big Pine extends an exclusive opportunity for enhanced energy cost benefits. Big Pine, in collaboration with Dollar Energy Fund, commits to providing a monthly payment of $50 towards your electric utility expenses for a duration of five consecutive years following the start of construction on this project.
