Multifamily Assistance Pilot Program (MAPP)

California American Water is proud to provide residents and businesses in the cities of Imperial Beach and San Diego with high-quality and reliable water service. As the community’s water utility, California American Water has launched its Multifamily Assistance Pilot Program (MAPP).

According to our records, you have been identified as an eligible Imperial Beach or San Diego resident who qualifies for MAPP. California American Water customers who enroll in MAPP will receive a quarterly benefit during the pilot program’s duration.

Once enrolled, you will be mailed a check from California American Water’s program partner and MAPP administrator, Dollar Energy Fund, Inc. (Dollar Energy Fund), in the amount of $57.89. Future payments, which may differ in amount, will then be sent on a quarterly basis. Please ensure that all checks are cashed within 60 days of receipt.
