Thank you for joining Dollar Energy Fund’s Jim Escovitz Memorial Golf Classic! In celebration of his life, this event was renamed in 2023 to honor our late Board Member, Jim Escovitz. Jim was the longest-serving Board Member in Dollar Energy Fund’s history, dedicating over 17 years to the Board of Directors. This event will not only celebrate his legacy but also continue to raise funds to support those in need of utility assistance. Click here to read more about Jim’s contributions to Dollar Energy Fund.
As we near the end of our 2025-2026 program year, we continue to experience an increase in the number of applications received from households seeking assistance. Additionally, many local families are finding themselves in need of a grant from our organization for the first time. Thanks to the generosity of our utility partners and the caring individuals and businesses in our area, Dollar Energy Fund’s Hardship Program provided more than $7.6 million in utility assistance grants to 19,807 Pennsylvania families last year.
Your participation in our annual Golf Classic and commitment to helping local families, seniors and individuals, is truly appreciated. Together, we can continue to make a positive impact!
