About Sandy Run Solar:
RWE Clean Energy is developing the Sandy Run Solar project, a 198 MW utility-scale solar project in northwestern Berkeley County, South Carolina. The project will deliver significant benefits to the local community and economy while supporting continued strategic growth in Berkeley County. Demand for electricity locally and across the state of South Carolina primes the Sandy Run solar project and Berkeley County to be partners in addressing the public need.
About Dollar Energy Fund:
Dollar Energy Fund is a 501(c)3 organization whose mission is to improve the quality of life for households by providing utility assistance. For over 40 years, Dollar Energy Fund has provided utility assistance grants to more than one million households.
Project Summary:
As a neighboring property to the upcoming solar facility, Sandy Run Solar extends an exclusive opportunity for enhanced energy cost benefits. With your participation in this initiative, Sandy Run Solar, in collaboration with Dollar Energy Fund, commits to providing a monthly payment of $50 towards your electric utility expenses for a duration of 5 consecutive years following the commercial operation date of the project. To participate in the program, please fill out the bottom portion of this letter in its entirety. Please note: your enrollment in this program will be discontinued should you relocate from your current residence.
