Relief for Energy Assistance through Community Help (REACH)

Need Help with a Past Due Energy Utility Bill

The Relief for Energy Assistance through Community Help (REACH) program, administered by the Dollar Energy Fund, helps eligible families pay for energy with a payment that is applied directly to their past-due bill.

REACH has two new offers for eligible customers.  You may qualify for one of these offers depending on your household income.
