Counting Down to Our Golf Classic

We are only 10 days away from this year’s annual Golf Classic taking place on Friday, June 24, at Quicksilver Golf Club in Midway, Pa. We already have many foursomes and generous sponsors supporting this Dollar Energy Fund event. Your commitment to helping local, limited-income families, seniors, and individuals with their utility bills is what makes this all possible.

All proceeds from the event will go directly toward local families and individuals who are struggling to afford or maintain safe utility services. What’s more, 100 percent of proceeds will be matched by our partnering utility companies. So, your foursome registration will go much further than you might think.

This isn’t your normal golf outing. Golfers will start the morning with registration, a delicious breakfast from 7 to 8 a.m., and the return of the Bloody Mary bar. We’ll have a shotgun start at 8 a.m., followed by a morning of 18 holes on the award-winning course. Golfers will face-off throughout the course in friendly competitions to earn prizes, including a longest drive and closest to the pin competition.

Throughout the event, guests can enjoy drinks and conversation with business owners, industry professionals, members of Dollar Energy Fund’s Board of Directors, and many more leaders in the community.
