Dollar Energy Fund’s Annual Luncheon and Business Meeting will be held on Friday, September 12, at The Rivers Casino starting at noon. The event will celebrate the successes of organization over this past year and recognize all of our utility partners and the community-based agencies. You can register for the event by visiting www.dollarenergy.org/annualluncheon. Individual tickets are $50 and a VIP Table, which includes 10 tickets and sponsorship benefits, is $700. Attendees can participate in raffles and a silent auction, with all proceeds going towards providing utility assistance grants to our neighbors in need.
We will recognize the recipients of our 2014 Betty Ann Simon Award, which recognizes a leader who strives to assist the low income community and make the world a better place, and our Golden Eagle Awards, which are presented to representatives at our partnering community based organizations and utility companies, as well as to community members who consistently “soar above and beyond” in their efforts to help Dollar Energy Fund assist our neighbors in need.
