Get Help Paying Your Water Bill

For 35 years, Pennsylvania American Water has helped eligible customers reduce their water and wastewater bills through the H2O – Help to Others Program.

In partnership with Dollar Energy Fund, qualifying households can receive meaningful financial assistance, often saving hundreds of dollars each year.

Available Assistance:

  • Up to $500 in grants
  • 30% – 90% off monthly water service charges
  • 20% – 90% off charges for the water you use
  • 37% – 85% off monthly wastewater charges
  • $25 forgiven from past-due balances

Customers with household incomes at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines (FPIG) may qualify.
