Chỉ những khoản thanh toán của khách hàng đủ điều kiện được thực hiện sau khi ghi danh tham gia Chương Trình Đối Ứng Thanh Toán của PG&E mới đủ điều kiện để nhận khoản tiền đối ứng từ PG&E.

Khách hàng nhận được khoản trợ cấp từ Chương trình PG&E REACH và hiện không tham gia Chương trình PG&E Match My Payment sẽ được tự động đăng ký tham gia.

Tất cả người nộp đơn phải cung cấp tài liệu xác minh thu nhập.

Tài khoản phải là tài khoản tiện ích cho nhà ở, nhà riêng lẻ hoặc căn hộ. Không áp dụng với các tài khoản cho các cơ sở “chỉ nấu nướng”, cơ sở thương mại, công nghiệp hoặc các căn hộ dùng chung dịch vụ tiện ích.

Applicants can only receive one grant per utility every 12 months.

Name on account must be that of an adult who is currently living in the home.

Account must be residential, single home or apartment. No “cooking only,” commercial, industrial, or apartments with shared utility service.

All applicants must provide verification of income.

Income-eligible clients must apply for all federally-funded programs when those programs are open.

Customers on Ohio’s Percentage of Income Payment Plan (PIPP) are not eligible for assistance.

Dollar Energy Fund grants cannot be used to cover security deposits or reconnection fees.
